working principle
Forward washing filtration state: when the system is in filtration state, the unfiltered water is evenly distributed through the unique water distributor developed by ourselves, and the water passes through the packing layer (refined homogeneous quartz sand / garnet) in laminar flow state. When the water flows through the packing layer, impurities are trapped in the packing layer. At the bottom of the filter, there are a number of evenly distributed water collectors, which can collect and lead out the filtered water evenly. The horizontal flow filtration can make the filter filter filter at high flow rate, and still achieve better filtering effect.
Backwashing state: with the accumulation of impurities in the packing layer, the internal head loss will increase. When the loss of inlet and outlet pressure head reaches the set value, the system will automatically activate the constant pressure device to switch to the backwashing state. When the backwashing is finished, the hydraulic valve will change the direction of water supply, so as to realize one by one backwashing, which is more convenient for cleaning accumulated impurities.
When the system is in the backwashing state, the filtration still continues. The standard unit sand tank to be backwashed is not filtered, and other standard unit sand tanks in the system are still filtering. The filtered clean water is used to backwash the standard unit sand tank, and the rest is still sent to the user. The backwash sewage is discharged through the backwash outlet of the hydraulic valve. In the high-speed sand tank automatic high-efficiency filtration system, the special design of water collector can make the fillers rub each other, improve the backwash efficiency, reduce the required backwash water (clean water), at the same time, there is no material leakage during backwashing. The backwashing time of a standard unit sand cylinder is 2 minutes. After the backwashing, the internal head loss of the standard unit sand cylinder is reduced to a reasonable range. The constant pressure device gives the recovery signal, the hydraulic valve returns to the filtering state, and the sand cylinder of the next standard unit is ready to enter the backwashing state.
